Holiday Inn & Suites Bolingbrook, An Ihg Hotel, Bolingbrook

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a bad odor, but they were very clean, although there were visible crumbs and big stains on the carpet. The size of the room was slightly smaller than expected. The service was mostly good, with staff being always helpful and nice, except for an incident where someone tapped on every door early in the morning. The location was convenient to Bolingbrook and Woodridge for Navistar training, but unfortunately, it was a bit dirty with diapers and garbage at the entrance. The dining experience was a letdown with a late start for breakfast and an additional charge for it. However, the pool was not used, so I cannot comment on that. Overall, the hotel showed some wear and tear.
